Winrock Villas

The WV Clubhouse houses our management office, the indoor pool and hot-tub, sauna room, exercise room and party/meeting room for the enjoyment of all the residents living on the property. The party room may be rented for your special event, just contact the office 884-8280.

There are 3 pedestrian gates that are accessed using the "common" key.
The west fence has 2 gates to allow access to Winrock, the Theatre, Trader Joe's, and ABQ Uptown. A 3rd gate is located at the NE corner of the property giving convenient access to Inez school and the nearby park.

Machines use payment by special card obtained from the kiosk in the clubhouse. 
Cash will NOT work on the machines.
